Pricing Policy
Prices published on our website are for online orders only. Prices at retail shows and via distributors may differ from those shown on our website. Special offers are valid for orders, paid in full, and via the specific purchasing channel they are published on during the special offer time period as detailed in the terms of the offer. Special pricing is at our discretion and may be removed at any time.
Payment Options
We accept all major debit and credit cards via our payment processor, PayPal.
We now accept Apple Pay & Google Pay.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to shop with us. Just select PayPal (Express, Card) at checkout or use Apple Pay (smart phone transactions only), Google Pay or by entering your card details directly.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact us prior to placing an order online.
We do not accept payment by cheque or postal order.

Please be aware you may be asked to pay import duties and taxes in your local country before you can receive the parcel.
We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day. Generally orders received before 1pm will be shipped the same day except next day delivery orders which must be received before 11am to guarantee same day shipping.
Orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
At peak times, Black Friday, Christmas, etc deliveries will take longer to arrive so please bear that in mind when placing your order.
My Product Hasn't Arrived?
You must inform us within seven working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Stock Shortages
We try to keep our stock status up to date but sometimes an item can go out of stock unexpectedly. If an ordered item is not in stock we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives or advise when more stock will be available. We will try and ship back ordered items within 14 days of your original order. Many of our stock items are sourced from outside the UK so it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to be completely satisfied.

Rewards Points
Rewards points are no longer issued.
Accumulated points can be used until 30th June 2024 after which they will no longer have any value. The amount of reward points needed to purchase a product is shown on the item page.
Rewards points have no cash value and can only be used against the purchase of products via this website. We reserve the right to remove or change the reward points scheme at any time and without notice.
Discount Codes
Discount codes can be used according to the terms and conditions associated with the particular offer. The validity may be limited. We reserve the right to cancel or limit voucher code usage at our discretion and without notice.
Discount excludes delivery charges.
Online discounts, online special pricing and/or discount codes are only valid for online orders.
Workshop Bookings
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to circumstances beyond our control.
Deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless we have to cancel or reschedule a workshop. Balance payments are due on the day of your workshop by cash or credit/debit card.
If you make a full payment for your workshop at the time of booking we will refund in full if you cancel, in writing, within 30 days of the workshop. If you cancel between 30 and 15 days we will refund 50% of monies paid. No refund will be made if you cancel within 14 days of the workshop.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Complete a returns form (link at foot of page) to instigate a return. Failure to complete the returns form could result in a delay refunding any monies owed to you. Your refund will be paid within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in an unused, saleable condition. Ear fittings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
