We are working as normal - orders received before 2pm are shipping on the same day in almost all circumstances. However, due to COVID 19 our shipping partners tell us that orders may take a day or two more than usual to arrive - we will email you as soon as we post your parcel so that you know that it is on its way.

We currently ship products to the UK, Europe, Mainland USA & Canada.
UK Shipping Rates
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage is Free of Charge for UK orders of £20 and above. Deliveries will take 3-5 days to arrive. For heavy parcels we reserve the right to use an alternative shipping service.
- For orders under £20 a £2.00 charge will be added to the order to cover Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage & Packing. Deliveries will take 3-5 days to arrive.
- Royal Mail 1st Class Postage & Packing is available at £3.50. Deliveries will take 1-2 days to arrive.
- Hermes Next Day Postage & Packing is available at £6.50 for orders received before 11am.
European Shipping Rates
- Royal Mail International Standard is charged at £4.95 for all orders shipped to Europe. Delivery will take 3-5 working days.
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed at £9.95 for all orders shipped to Europe. Delivery will take 3-4 working days.
USA & Canada Shipping Rates
- Royal Mail International Standard is charged at £9.95 for all orders shipped to USA or Canada. Delivery will take 6-7 working days.
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed at £12.95 for all orders shipped to USA or Canada. Delivery will take 5-7 working days.
We reserve the right to use an alternative courier which offers the same or better service than requested on your order.
We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day. Generally orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same day except next day delivery orders which must be received before 11am to guarantee same day shipping.
Orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
My Product Hasn't Arrived?
You must inform us within seven working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
