Minimum Order Value
We have no minimum order value.
We accept all major debit and credit cards via our payment processor, PayPal.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact us prior to placing an order online.
We do not accept payment by cheque or postal order.
The following shipping costs will be in force until further notice...
UK 2nd Class Postage is Free of Charge for all orders of £20 and above.
For heavy parcels we reserve the right to use an alternative shipping service.
For orders under £20 a £1.95 charge will be added to the order to cover UK 2nd Class Postage & Packing.
1st Class Postage & Next Day Postage is available at additional cost.
We do not currently ship products outside of the UK.
We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day. Generally orders received before 3pm will be shipped the same day except next day delivery orders which must be received before 11am to guarantee.
Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
My Product Hasn't Arrived?
You must inform us within seven working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
We try to keep our stock status up to date but sometimes an item can go out of stock unexpectedly. If an ordered item is not in stock we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives or advise when more stock will be available. We will try and ship back ordered items within 14 days of your original order. Many of our stock items are sourced from outside the UK so it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to be completely satisfied.
We are not VAT registered.
Rewards points are issued for all items purchased from this website. They can be 'cashed in' against all products.
Reward points are only allocated to registered customers. 'Guest' customers do not accumulate reward points.
The amount of reward points issued for each product is shown on the item page. We currently issue approximately 1 reward point for each 10p you spend. The amount of reward points needed to purchase a product is also shown on the item page.
Rewards points have no cash value and can only be used against the purchase of products via this website. We reserve the right to remove or change the reward points scheme at any time and without notice.
Discount codes can be used according to the terms and conditions associated with the particular offer. The validity may be limited. We reserve the right to cancel or limit voucher code usage at our discretion and without notice.
Discount excludes delivery charges.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to circumstances beyond our control.
Deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless we have to cancel or reschedule a workshop. Balance payments are due on the day of your workshop by cash or credit/debit card.
If you make a full payment for your workshop at the time of booking we will refund in full if you cancel, in writing, within 30 days of the workshop. If you cancel between 30 and 15 days we will refund 50% of monies paid. No refund will be made if you cancel within 14 days of the workshop.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Complete a returns form (link at foot of page) to instigate a return. Failure to complete the returns form could result in a delay refunding any monies owed to you. Your refund will be paid within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in an unused, saleable condition. Ear fittings cannot be returned unless the pack is unopened.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
